The President, Secretary and V. President (myself) took a trip up to Binghamton NY on Oct 6th to check out the Northeastern Regional Meeting of the ACS. Mainly the trip was intended to raise a little money for the group here. To do this, I presented a poster on the research I am currently working on. While we were there we found that a demonstration of the next version of KNOVEL that will be released next year. Follow this link to win a 30G iPod from Knovel. Pereen, Leslie and I took a picture with Bryan Keane the Academic Sales Manager (middle) and Cori Czekaj who demonstrated the new Knovel and is a 25 year ACS member. That was right after we hit the hors d'oeuvres and wine! :) Not that we needed wine to take the picture. They were really nice and very excited that Drexel students were present. The next level Knovel is sure to be a big hit!
